Capabilities
At our facility, we operate two precision horizontal honing machines:
- Sunnen Millennium Honer
- Sunnen Power Stroke Honer
These machines are capable of honing bores ranging from 0.135″ to 2.300″ in diameter, with a maximum bore depth between 4″ and 6″, depending on the internal diameter.
We consistently achieve:
- Roundness tolerance within 0.00005″
- Surface finish as fine as a 4 micro
