Scott joined Integrity Mfg., LLC in 2002 with a lifelong foundation in manufacturing, shaped by a family deeply rooted in the industry. With more than 30 years of hands‑on experience across CNC, grinding, lapping, machining, and tooling, along with over a decade in engineering and multiple technical certifications, he brings both expertise and innovation to the company. His 25+ years of leadership—from team lead to President/Owner—reflect a people‑focused approach that strengthens teams and drives operational excellence. Since beginning his ownership transition in 2019, Scott has tripled the company’s size, refined all core departments, and continues to lead Integrity Mfg. with a commitment to growth, quality, and community.
Andrew Kastenbaum
Andrew KastenbaumVice President of Operations
Andrew joined Integrity Mfg., LLC in March 2022 as a double disc machinist, quickly mastering key processes such as Blanchard grinding and single‑face lapping before advancing into leadership roles. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Management, and more than a decade of management experience, he soon moved into Marketing and Business Development, where he led a full website redesign, built a strong social media presence, and strengthened the company’s quality management system and internal policies. Now serving as Vice President of Operations, Andrew leads a team of 21 and continues to drive Integrity Mfg.’s growth, culture, and innovation, including achieving AS9100D and ISO9001 certification.

Dena joined Integrity Mfg., LLC in September 2024, bringing more than 25 years of accounting expertise and a strong background in manufacturing leadership, human resources, and customer service. Her experience spans managing AP/AR, tax preparation, production supervision for teams of 45, developing employee handbooks and policies, leading onboarding and recruitment, and overseeing disciplinary processes. With 35 years in customer service and certifications as an Administrative Assistant and Professional Organizer, Dena strengthens operational structure, supports organizational efficiency, and enhances the overall employee and customer experience.

Adam joined Integrity Mfg., LLC in November 2025, bringing more than a decade of customer service and sales experience from fast‑paced, client‑focused environments. Known for his adaptability, reliability, and strong communication skills, he quickly became a valued member of the team. His technical proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Recur360, and other platforms supports efficient operations and helps strengthen customer relationships across the company.

Kayla joined Integrity Mfg., LLC in October 2024 and brings over 14 years of manufacturing experience and 13 years in customer service and business administration. With a background spanning assembly, quality control, material handling, training, purchasing, shipping and receiving, safety compliance, internal audits, and marketing coordination, she bridges technical operations with brand development. Now serving as Marketing Coordinator, she strengthens our brand identity, supports strategic initiatives, and helps expand Integrity Mfg.’s visibility through her reliability, versatility, and client‑focused approach.
